We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Loose Orbit is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order is dispatched.

Loose Orbit is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and assist with a resolution as per their policy.

If you receive a damaged package: Please take photos/videos at the time of delivery.
